Campaigners for a Town Council in Andover are hitting out at Test Valley Borough Council this morning for what they believe to be a refusal to allow the town its democratic voice

It's after an application they made to collect money for the campaign was referred to the Council's licensing committee

The Council say this is because the campaign for a Town Council is something which could be considered controversial or political

Young people at Peter Symonds College were given the opportunity to chat to people from the HPA about what it's all about

The Stop and Search Roadshow has also visited Eastleigh College, and will be at Twenty 5 Group in Winchester later today

The public are being asked to comment on an 'Issues and Options' paper, which looks at some of the questions that are linked to the plan - called the 'Local Development Framework'

It covers the areas of Winchester City, Bishops Waltham, Whiteley, Denmead, Wickham and Alresford, and looks ahead to the next twenty years
